How long is the warranty?

All of our certified refurbished iPhones and iPads come with a full 365 day warranty.

What do the grades mean?

A Grade – Excellent

Excellent condition used mobile with little or minor signs of wear. Item has been fully tested in full working order.

B Grade – Good

Good condition used mobile, that will show moderate signs of wear across the device. Item has been fully tested and in full working order.

C Grade – Average

Average condition used mobile that will how signs of heavy wear but has been fully tested and in full working order.

Do your devices come with chargers?

If you buy a refurbished product from us, we will send you a free compatible charger for your device.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to have all of our online orders delivered next working day. However, delays happen from time to time and we cannot guarantee your order will not be delayed.

Repair Questions

What types of devices do you repair?

We repair any make or model of phone or tablet. Contact us for prices.

I tried repairing my iPhone myself, can I still bring it in for repair or diagnostic?

Yes, no problem, please walk in to the store and bring your device, or mail it to us.

Do I have to include my passcode with my phone?

It is recommended. We need the passcode in order to test your phone after the repair. If you do not wish to provide your passcode, certain phone functions won’t be tested such us camera, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, and therefore can’t be verified by us to work.

I have multiple issues with my iPhone, can I get a deal on multiple repairs?

Yes you can, give us a call and describe your problem and we will see what we could do for you.
